Shipping


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We ship packages from various warehouses in multiple cities depending on the item ordered. If your order contains multiple items, some items may ship and arrive separately.  Shopify calculates shipping costs based on the shipping address and shipping speed selected and charges this amount at checkout.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.

WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION ONCE MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED? 

Our warehouses typically fulfill orders within 3-4 business days, however, some items may take upwards of 2-3 weeks to ship if it is fulfilled via print-on-demand. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your package leaves the warehouse. Such an e-mail will also contain your tracking number. You can track the delivery status on-line. Please note during peak holiday times transit times may vary. 

Our customer service email support@nysl.io is open 9am EST to 5PM EST Monday through Friday to answer email questions on tracking and shipping. Any inquiries sent on weekends will be answered the next business day. 

DUTIES & TAXES
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes you will be required to pay. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. 

POSSIBLE DELAYS & LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.  We are not responsible for undelivered or lost packages due to an incomplete or incorrect address at provided at checkout.  Please ensure your shipping address includes an apartment, unit, floor, or suite number if applicable.  We are also not responsible for packages stolen post-delivery.
