WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS:
We ship all packages from Chicago IL USA. Shopify calculates the correct shipping costs via UPS or US Mail Priority. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION ONCE MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED:
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your package leaves our warehouse in Chicago IL. Such an e-mail will also contain your UPS tracking number. You can track the delivery status on-line. Please note during peak holiday times UPS transit times may vary.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE GOODS ARE DELIVERED:
Please be advised that some carriers may require someone to sign for packages. If you are shipping to an apartment or an office building, the carrier may require someone to sign for the packages and will not be left at the door.
DUTIES & TAXESPlease note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes you will be required to pay. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
POSSIBLE DELAYSWe do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
COUNTRY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONSDue to restrictions from our financial partners, ANDBOX does not ship to the following countries:
- Cote d'Ivoire
- North Korea
- Sudan/South Sudan
- Syrian Arab Republic
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the original shipped date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for any returns of unwanted items.

- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Packages that arrive COD will be denied
- Final Sale items may not be returned.
- Please note we do not process exchanges. If you’d like to re-order your product(s) in a different size/color or order a new item entirely, please place a new order.
- Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
- Ship your package using a trackable shipping method. Andbox Shop cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
If your package arrives at Andbox Shop within the 30-day timeline specified above, please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.
- You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Andbox Shop.
- Need a Different Size/Color? We do not offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. You'll get the right size or color most fast if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.
